The holiday cookie baking is underway at Chez Sweetcakes. Pictures, stories to come. 

First, a little more tease about the upcoming delectables: ginger biscotti made with fresh ginger, ground ginger and crystallized ginger. An initial mismeasuring of flour made this a near gluten-tastrophe that had Sweetcakes stickified in dough. Worked it out, and all is well in cakeland. Biscotti appreciated by all cake eaters in the house.
